Ear Tips are now a\nsoft silicone (Cherry Soft brand) and no longer screw on but push over the\nbinaural and will not unscrew or fall off. The single diaphragm is tune-able\nand responds with a simple pressure change to capture low and high-frequency\nsounds. Our mission is to provide less expensive medical diagnostics that have\nexcellent function and to stand behind the products we sell. We also include a\nLifetime warranty that covers the binaural, tubing and stainless steel\nstethoscope head. We include a spare set of Cherry Soft ear tips and spare\ndiaphragm with each stethoscope. IMHO You will be very happy with the function\nof this stethoscope, especially at this price with a Lifetime Warranty\nincluded.
