Shipping Information

Shipping Charges to Australian Addresses

All orders within Australia are shipped free of charge via Australia Post. However, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or commercial orders. Express delivery is available at an additional cost, based on the total weight of the order.

Shipping Method

We use Australia Post eParcel for all deliveries. This is a door-to-door service, and we deliver to:

• Residential addresses
• Business addresses
• PO Boxes

When shipping to a business address, please ensure you provide both the business name and a contact name at the destination. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, a postal card will be left, and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Delivery & Shipping Timeframe

• Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
• If an item is on backorder or out of stock, additional processing time may be required. You will be notified via email if any delays occur.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, South Australia: Approximately 5-7 business days for metropolitan addresses.
• Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory: Orders may be shipped from our warehouse in WA, with delivery taking approximately 6-9 business days to metropolitan areas.

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped from different locations and you will be notified via email about the dispatch details.

International Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. To estimate shipping costs, simply add your desired products to the cart and use the "Estimate Shipping and Tax"feature.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that the prices listed do not include international customs duties, foreign taxes, or any other fees that may be imposed. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held liable for any additional charges on international orders, nor can we accept returns in this case. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be responsible for any resulting loss of funds.

Important: Marking international orders as gifts to bypass customs fees is illegal, and any such requests will not be processed. For more information on your country's regulations, please contact your local customs office.
