Terms and Conditions of Sale
By purchasing products from OutfitOcean Australia Limited ("OutfitOcean," "we," "us," "our") or using this website, you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to the following terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms").
Consumer Protection & Applicable Legislation
Where applicable, provisions of consumer protection laws or mandatory legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded will apply. In the case of any conflict, the provisions of such legislation will take precedence over these Terms.
Business Customers
To the extent permitted by law, business customers purchasing for business purposes agree that consumer protection legislation does not apply.
Software Warranty
All software or electronic/digital products (including DVDs) sold by OutfitOcean are subject to the terms of the license agreements governing those products. The Customer acknowledges their responsibility to abide by these agreements. Except as required by law, OutfitOcean does not provide a warranty for software or electronic products beyond the terms of the respective license agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The Customer agrees to indemnify OutfitOcean for any loss or damage to property, or loss of data or software due to the Customer’s actions or omissions. OutfitOcean is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or performance of products or services, even if advised of the possibility. In no event shall OutfitOcean's total liability exceed the original purchase cost of the relevant order.
Refunds
Most items may be returned within 30 days of shipping, provided they are in new, resalable condition. Items may be returned after 30 days in compliance with applicable consumer legislation if they are faulty or damaged. OutfitOcean will comply with its obligations under relevant consumer protection laws. Refunds or replacements will be processed at the discretion of OutfitOcean management.
Addressing Errors
If a product is mis-addressed by OutfitOcean, we will be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement, or refund of the item. If the Customer provides an incorrect or insufficient address, OutfitOcean is not responsible for resending or refunding the product, and the Customer is responsible for correcting the delivery.
Incorrect Bank Account Information
If the Customer credits an incorrect bank account number provided by OutfitOcean, OutfitOcean is not liable for any payment errors, and goods will not be dispatched until payment is fully received.
Prices, Payment, and Title
OutfitOcean will present available payment methods at the time of purchase. OutfitOcean retains ownership of the products purchased until full payment is received.
Pricing Errors
Despite best efforts, errors in pricing may occur. If such an error arises, we will not be bound by the incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel the order.
Security
OutfitOcean employs reasonable measures to secure transactions on this website. However, you acknowledge that no transmission of information over the Internet is completely secure. OutfitOcean is not liable for damages resulting from failures, delays, or unauthorized interception of electronic communications.
Special Offers
Special offers and deals are only valid for the duration they are displayed unless stated otherwise.
Mailing Cash
OutfitOcean does not recommend mailing cash for payment. If cash is mailed, OutfitOcean accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, or non-delivery.
Order Cancellations
OutfitOcean reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse of promotional activities, or pricing errors. If an order is canceled, OutfitOcean will issue a refund for the purchase price (if already paid).

Gift Vouchers and Credits
Gift vouchers and OutfitOcean credits are valid for one year from the issue date. Any remaining credit after expiry is non-refundable.
Delivery Estimates
OutfitOcean makes every effort to provide accurate delivery timeframes, but these are estimates based on stock availability and other factors. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from delays or failure to meet delivery timeframes.
