Legs & Feet Using a hard surface that is high enough off the ground to allow your legs to swing while sitting, position the lacrosse ball under one thigh.Lean forward to place some of your body weight upon your thigh and slowly extend and retract your leg from the knee for 30 seconds, repeat for all other tender spots.Find a comfortable place to sit so that your feet are able to rest on the floor.Position the lacrosse ball so that it is in the arch to your foot and lean forward putting pressure on the ball.Slowly roll the ball with the arch to your foot for 30-60 seconds. Upper back and shoulders Find a sturdy flat wall and stand with the lacrosse ball between the wall and your upper back, place the ball along the side to your spine.Once in place, move gently until you can feel the ball has found a tender spot.Cross your arms over your chest and slowly relax your body onto the lacrosse ball, moving up and down to massage any knots or other tender areas.
